We are looking to recruit the roles of four Cluster Coordinators to provide support, coordinate and facilitate Kano Literacy and Maths Accelerator (KaLMA) activities across Teacher and Mentor Capacity Building, Measurement and Monitoring, Community Engagement and Research and Learning at an LGA level.
The primary purpose of the role is to build government actors capacity, and systems to ensure that effective KaLMA classes are delivered and learning outcomes improve.
The role will require someone dynamic, creative, good at managing multiple different tasks, and passionate about improving the learning outcomes of all children.
The assignment is expected to start by November 2019 and end on July 2020.
The post holders will work Monday to Fridays at least twenty days a month as outlined in the contractual agreement in respect of this Terms of Reference
Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience with starting salary envisaged at N492,466.00, gross monthly (all-inclusive).
Cluster Coordinators will be required to live in the LGAs of implementation.
This role will report to a content lead on a day to day basis and be accountable to the Technical Team Lead.
