2018 Exhibition 

At the exhibitions holding in the following cities, you will get to;

  • Attend briefings on many interesting topics such as visa applications, exam strategies and tips for IELTS and financing.

A range of sessions will take place in the afternoon during the exhibitions. The following topics will be covered;  




Representatives from a range of UK institutions will be in Nigeria come February 2018 to participate in the annual Study UK exhibitions taking place this time in Calabar, Abuja and Lagos!

Create a 30 seconds video advertising British Council Study UK 2018 exhibitions and describe what a UK Education will do for you.

Post the video on Instagram with the Hashtag #StudyUKExhibition2018 and tag @StudyUK_Nigeria

Criteria for Entry

This is open to anyone in Nigeria above 18 years

Criteria for selection/ Requirements

The British Council will set a panel to review all entries according to the stated criteria  and the competition winners will be announced on/before 13 February 2018.

The British Council’s decision on the winners is be final.

Communication – details of the exhibition which includes where, when, and how to register should be clear. 


Entries open 17 January 2018 and closes at midnight on midnight Thursday 1 February 2018.


The Winner gets a return ticket to the UK and gets a chance to experience life in a UK tertiary institution for two days and  mentorship in a choice field of study!

The winner also gets an opportunity to act as the ambassador for the UK institution in Nigeria until the next Study UK exhibition.

First 100 submissions get USB drives.

All prizes will be made available at the exhibition venues.
