Saturday 30 April 2016 to Sunday 01 May 2016

Built in 1898. A typical English railway design with a steel roof structure. The land is low-lying so much of the structure is supported on steel screw piles as were used for the original Carter Bridge. Currently housing 3 steam engines that badly need restoring. We need a great deal of help and funding for this and the construction of the museum.

 Tour times: Sat & Sun 10:00 -16:00
