For candidates who are yet to collect their exam certificates/Results, please read our important information about uncollected certificates.

Certificate/Result Collection Schedule:

  • Days: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

University of London certificates

Candidates who sat for University of London examinations at our centre are kindly advised that certificates are issued directly by the University and not by the British Council.

To obtain your certificate, please contact your University directly or access it through your candidate portal, where applicable.

For further guidance on accessing your portal, kindly refer to the official website of the university.

 

IELTS

Please note that IELTS Test Report Forms (TRFs) are valid for two (2) years only. Consequently, all TRFs beyond 2 years span have been destroyed.

Following our transition to IELTS on Computer only for both Standard IELTS and UKVI, hard copy TRFs are no longer issued for IELTS on Computer (IOC) and UKVI on Computer (UOC). Kindly download IOC and UOC TRFs from your test taker portal.

For collection of Life Skills and valid IELTS on Paper TRFs only, kindly refer to our Certicate/Result Collection Schedule above.

Collection Procedure: Scan and complete the form at the gate upon arrival and you will be required to present your international passport for identification.

Proxy Collection: If someone will collect on your behalf, the proxy must present:

  • A Letter of Authority stating your test date, your candidate number, full name of the proxy
  • A photocopy of your international passport
  • The proxy’s valid means of identification.

 

Cambridge Assessment International Examinations (CAIE)

All CAIE certificates, including O Level, A Level, IGCSE and Checkpoint are held under secure conditions for a period of seven (7) years from the date of issue. After this retention period, the British Council will not be liable for any certificates that remain uncollected.

Candidates who sat CAIE examinations within the last seven years are advised to visit the British Council office to collect their certificates. Please come with a valid means of identification.

If you are unable to collect your certificate in person, you may authorise a representative to do so on your behalf. The representative must present:

  • A signed Letter of Authority stating your examination session, candidate number, and the full name of the authorised person (proxy).
  • A valid means of identification for the proxy.
