In an on going effort by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) to replicate the J4A Model Police Station (MPS) initiative, the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DGI) Adeniji Jibril, head of research and planning visited all the MPS sites across the country. He visited a total of seven different states including Niger, Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa, Lagos, Enugu and FCT.

During the visit the DIG interacted with various community members in order to understand their views about the newly introduced interventions in the MPS in their communities.

As a result of the positive feedback from community members a force order has been created to support and expand community-policing initiatives across all police stations in Nigeria.
